Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than QeShop), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no QeShop return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

To return a bracelet or a pendant item to QeShop, follow our Return and Exchange process:

Check the status of your returned item on our Return Status page.

1. Your Return Authorization Code: Please Call 877-333-4579 or email us at customerservice@QeShop.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.

2. Package your return: Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.

3. Complete the Return/Exchange form that is provided with your package. It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your request promptly. (Note: Your order may be subject to a return re-stocking fee or an exchange fee. Please see details on potential fees prior to purchasing.)

4. Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.

5. To send your package, use the address on the included return slip and ship via postal mail. If you are shipping by your own UPS or Fedex account please call directly for a physical address at (877) 333-4579.

6. Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or Fedex. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.

7. If the item is a gift it is important that the order number be written on the QeShop.com return slip. As with any purchase, the gift recipient |may exchange the item or elect to receive an QeShop.com gift certificate instead of a refund.

8. Exchanges received after 45 days will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis and may require additional fees. Please contact customer service at (877) 333-4579 for more information.

This warranty applies only to products purchased on this website. QeShop.com products purchased other than from this website may be subject to different warranties. You should read these warranties before you purchase any QeShop.com product.

QeShop.com warrants its product to the original retail purchaser only, against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. QeShop.com agrees to replace any bracelet found to be defective by us without charge, provided the bracelet is returned postage prepaid along with a proof of purchase and warranty card within 30 days. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification and does not cover the wear and tear associated with normal daily use. Do not bend the Bracelet excessively when you put it on or take it off.

This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

This warranty applies to consumer use only, and is void when the product is used in a commercial or institutional setting.

This limited warranty is the only written or express warranty given by QeShop.com. QeShop.com makes no representation or warranty written, oral, express, or implied, including, but limiting the generality of the foregoing, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those set forth herein. Any implied warranties on the product (including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Under no circumstances shall QeShop.com have any liability for any type of incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or defective performance of the product or for breach of this warranty or any use implied warranty on this product. QeShop.com's liability is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusive may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
